Equipment

  • 1 Kitchen Torch
  • 1 Saucepan
  • 1 Pot for boiling pasta

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 lb Sabbiatos Chocolate Pasta
  • 1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 full Graham Crackers roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Add water to pot and boil pasta according to package directions. Once Pasta is Al' Dente' remove from flame and strain off water.
Add Marshmallow fluff, Heavy Whipping cream and Chocolate chips to a saucepan. Over low flame cook until well incorporated, set aside to cool.
Return pasta back into pot slowly adding Chocolate sauce until all of the pasta is coated evenly. *You can add as little or as much sauce as you want.
Scoop 1-2 cups of pasta onto a small bowl or plate, then sprinkle with graham cracker crumbles and miniature marshmallows. Using your kitchen torch, lightly brown the miniature marshmallows, being careful not to burn your graham crackers.
    Enjoy!!

Notes

*This recipe can be adjusted to be made at a campsite by using pre-cooked pasta and chocolate sauce and toasting marshmallows over a campfire.
